When you submit the audit request form we collect your first name, email address, phone number, primary platform, and creator username or handle. We use these details to review your request, decide whether an audit is a good fit, and contact you about it.

This site may use advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). These technologies use cookies and similar identifiers to measure which ads and pages lead to audit requests, and to help us reach similar audiences.

Alongside your submission we may record attribution information such as campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), advertising click identifiers such as fbclid, the page you landed on, and the referring website address. Meta and other advertising platforms may process this information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, your device privacy settings, or your ad preferences on the relevant platform.

Where your information is stored

Submissions are recorded in our internal spreadsheet and internal team messaging tools, and transactional emails are delivered through our email provider. We share your information with these service providers only so they can perform these functions for us. We do not sell your information.

Retention

We keep audit request information for as long as needed to evaluate your request and maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@sunfoxagency.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

This site and our services are intended for adults only and are not directed to anyone under 18.
